Hi,
My last trainer told me to stay away from whole grains--any grains, in fact--because they're been processed in some way, which makes them unhealthy. I think she also stressed the fact that they contain gluten, which she said inhibits proper nutrition.
I'm confused because I hear all over the place that grains (esp. whole) are so good for you.
Can you please shed some light on this?
Please help.
